Not quite as high or funky as the old goldfish
shoes (not that I would do that to a goldfish) but still totally funky 70's
remakes. I saw them on sale one night at Macy's (Circa 2000 something) and
guess what... had to have them! That night I left without them, went home,
suffered over night and in the long run wasted the 5 dollars in gas to go back
for them. They had already been packed up to send to an outlet store or perhaps
the dump. Some nice sales guy dug them back out for me. Yay!
A "70's glam shoes" search on Google images should produce a picture of some grand relative of these shoes.
I am not sure how many times they have been worn but only a few, they get a comfort rating of 6 and I am totally wearing them again! Admittedly prancing through Kennet Square, PA in these boots inspires people to look at me a little funny but those people must simply not understand!
